Who can see my spaces or my requirements?

Only verified members on the other side whose score with you is 65% or more. Your documents stay private until both sides are verified.

Will I get spam calls, WhatsApps or emails?

No. Your phone and email are never shown to other members. Only matches of 65% or more can reach you, and only inside a private deal room. You can block any member and they can't message you again.

How is a match scored?

Location weighs most, then budget (rent plus maintenance), then property type, the space's features and the property with its parking. Anything the brand marks as a must-have is never compromised. Pairs scoring 65% or more become matches, and each match explains why.

I own one storefront, or hundreds of spaces. Do I pay for all of them?

No. Upload your whole portfolio and switch spaces on or off. Your plan only counts the spaces that are active and available.

Which countries do you cover?

Mexico is live today and the United States is next, with more countries rolling out. Brands from any country can already search Mexico. The platform works in English and Spanish and handles rents in USD, MXN and EUR with automatic conversion.

How long does verification take?

We review documents within 48 hours. You can set up your properties, spaces, brands and requirements in the meantime.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime from your account. Your data stays; your items are paused when the plan ends.
